Our Farm Runs On Volunteers

Metro Atlanta Urban Farm survives because people like you show up. Every bed we plant, every harvest we bring in, and every class we teach happens because a volunteer gave their time to make it happen — and the need never stops. When you volunteer here, you’re not just helping us check a task off a list. You’re keeping fresh, affordable produce flowing to families who would otherwise go without it.

We welcome volunteers to help us plant, maintain and harvest our produce, as well as assist with creative projects — designing signs, maintaining our website, or using our flowers to design arrangements for the house. There are a lot of moving parts to keeping a farm running smoothly, and we welcome you or your group to pitch in, which ultimately keeps our costs low and our production high.

No farming experience required — just a willingness to get your hands dirty. Pick a day below, or email info@themetroatlantaurbanfarm.org and we’ll help you find the right fit.
