In the world of Christianity, we are driven by faith.  In the world of poker, there are times where we are pot-committed.  Our investment in the pot prevents us from exploring other options or even opting out.

We have begun a major undertaking at Metro Atlanta Urban Farm, and we are fully commited to the project’s success.  MAUF has committed its resources to building a commercial kitchen.  We are not sure how we are going to get there, but we are committed.  There is no turning back.  We have stepped out on faith believing that we will get there.  We believe that this project is going to be a win for the entire community.

Our faith leads us to believe that we are continuing to make a differene in marginalized and underserved communities with this commercial kitchen.  We are excited to treach beyond our comfort zone fo rthe sake of the community.  GROWTH.  We have committed our time, our resources, and our talents to making this happen. 

We have been working long hours — from sun up to sun down.  We have enhanced our own skill sets to complete many of the renovations by personally taking on the demolation and carpentry to move the project forward and ensure its timely completion.  However, there is still a lot of work to do.  After the demolition comes the rebuilding — wiring, plumbing, walls, flooring, painting, and finally the installation of appliances.
